Very disappointing service! I am writing on behalf of my elderly aunt who ordered three wreaths and three small bouquets to be put out for the holidays. The order was placed on Wednesday December 18th but did not get placed on the graves until Monday December 23rd after my aunt called to complain. Who knows how long it would have been without that call. After paying almost $345 you’d think there’d be better customer service. The floral shop blamed the grounds keeper. She was told the smaller bouquets would have 2-3 red balls and each of those only had one. The wreaths were decorated like she was told. She won’t be ordering from here again. If these had been for a funeral they’d have been too late.

I received not only incredible customer service here, but also an absolutely stunning product (on the fly/last-minute, no less!)! Very impressed, start-to-finish :)

Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional. I walked in needing some flowers for a birthday and left minutes later with a custom designed (and affordable) arrangement. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you!

The Flower Shop did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding in July 2021. I gave them a brief description of the colors and styles that I liked and they ran with my ideas and exceeded my expectations! Between the table centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, fire place decor, pergola decor, and aisle decor everything was absolutely stunning!! We received numerous comments from guests on how beautiful everything was. We really could not thank them enough for all of the ideas, coordination, and set up. They truly made our day perfect! I highly recommend them for wedding, events, etc.

Great selection and friendly, helpful staff. Items tend to be pricey, but the quality is quite high. They will place the flowers for you if you wish. Flowers meet all of Cedar Memorial requirements.
